Adeline Visits the Fire Station
While Adeline napped today we got to sneak in a little pool time! Felt so good with this heatwave going!
Later, despite the scorching temps, we ventured off to the Temescal Street Fair. We hadn't been since we lived here before, and to be honest it wasn't exactly what we had remembered (the vendors seemed different!) but it was fun nonetheless. On our walk home we noticed that the fire station was open for visits so we got to take Adeline in to see the truck and meet the firemen.
We kept the birthday festivities going this evening with a dinner out to Comal in Berkeley. We weren't sure if Will was going to be in town on his actual birthday so we booked the sitter for tonight, and we have actually decided that we prefer a Sunday night date night!
