Highchair Fun

Adeline can get fussy from time to time but for the most part she is so good in her highchair! She can even play nicely while I get things ready or clean up.

Happy Anniversary!

What better way spending our anniversary than playing at the UC Berkeley campus?! There's a perfect spot for picnics and petting bears. Adeline looks like she's roaring in this picture! We found a great pile of fresh woodchips for climbing! Made it to the top!  To truly celebrate we ordered take out from Millennium restaurant, a vegan restaurant here in our neighborhood. It was delish!

Minneapolis Love

We are so lucky to have such wonderful friends in our lives. We were invited to the wedding of two dear friends, JJ and Ashley, which was happening in Minneapolis. We decided to make a week of it and see our wonderful friends. Friday and Saturday nights we stayed with our friends Sean and Kiri. I have to say that I got a little caught up in everything and sadly didn't take that many pictures of our time in Minneapolis. Here we are at the wedding on Saturday evening.

An Emerald City Getaway

Thanks to Will's hard work and travel he earns a lot of points on Hawaiian Airlines and at Holiday Inn hotels. This means we get to take fun trips like our trip to Australia! Will had earned enough points for us to go on a vacation that didn't even need to be part of a work trip, so after looking at destinations Hawaiian flew to, we decided on Seattle! (Yes, we were crazy when we ruled out Tahiti because it was "too similar" to Hawai`i.) So for Spring Break we went on a long weekend trip to Seattle and the Cascade Mountains. Our first day was strictly a travel day, arriving in Seattle around 10pm. We checked into our airport hotel for a good night's sleep, and we were up and going early in the morning for some exploring. After we picked up the rental car we drove to the Queen Anne neighborhood of Seattle. It reminded us of the nice neighborhoods around the lakes in Minneapolis!
